Driving this morning, a Jason Isbell song came on. The lyrics stopped me mid-thought : ‘Are you living the life you chose? Are you living the life that chose you?’ It reminded me of this quote I saw in Nashville over the weekend.

Both were reminders that growth isn’t easy — it can be uncomfortable, uncertain, even a little messy. But if we want to flourish, we have to be willing to choose it anyway. To challenge old patterns, break away from autopilot, and keep showing up for the life we want.
