A fun mat sets the tone for the whole table, and @traileastmahjong has some of my favorites. Her pieces bring so much personality to the table. This one is especially happy and colorful, and the second I put these fruit tiles on it, I knew they belonged together. 🍒🍓🍍

No one prepares you for this kind of garden heartbreak. 💔🥒

Two baby cucumbers. So much potential. Gone because I got a little too enthusiastic with the snips while harvesting their neighbor.

Today’s garden lesson: LOOK TWICE. CUT ONCE. 😂

Gardeners — what plant have you accidentally taken out and immediately regretted? 👇

Mahjong at the beach is officially a whole vibe 🀄🌊
I rounded up where you can play and learn along the Emerald Coast from 30A to Destin to Miramar Beach. Added bonus of a few gorgeous locally-created tile sets worth knowing about (hi, @marilumorgan, your Emerald Coast set has me counting down the days 👀).
New spots opening, launch parties to catch, and where I`ll actually be playing this week... it`s all on the blog now. Link in bio to read the full roundup!

The first blackberries of the season are in, and somehow they always taste sweeter when they come from your own yard. What’s your favorite way to enjoy them—snack, jam, or dessert?

Happy 32nd birthday to my amazing niece Blaine! I miss you so much but couldn’t be prouder of the life you’re building in Oregon. Keep chasing your dreams — you’re doing amazing things. Love you always!

Driving this morning, a Jason Isbell song came on. The lyrics stopped me mid-thought : ‘Are you living the life you chose? Are you living the life that chose you?’ It reminded me of this quote I saw in Nashville over the weekend.

Both were reminders that growth isn’t easy — it can be uncomfortable, uncertain, even a little messy. But if we want to flourish, we have to be willing to choose it anyway. To challenge old patterns, break away from autopilot, and keep showing up for the life we want.
